Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance and operator

This website is operated by Zygraen Intelligence, S.A. de C.V. Access or use constitutes acceptance of these Terms. The Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy govern related data processing.

2. Purpose

The site describes market, financial, credit and legal-commercial intelligence capabilities for companies entering, operating or transacting in Mexico. Public content is selective, general and informational.

3. No advice or recommendation

Nothing on the site is legal, financial, tax, accounting, regulatory or investment advice; a credit opinion; a recommendation to proceed or stop; an offer; or a guarantee of market, counterparty, financing, recovery, compliance or outcome.

4. No professional relationship

Browsing, downloading, submitting an enquiry, holding a preliminary conversation or receiving a response does not create an advisory, fiduciary, agency, professional-confidentiality or attorney-client relationship. An engagement exists only through an expressly accepted proposal, engagement letter or contract after applicable checks.

5. Information and conflicts

Submitting information does not establish confidentiality, prevent Zygraen from advising others or confirm the absence of a conflict. Do not send sensitive, privileged, confidential or material information until requested through an instructed channel and appropriate protections are agreed.

6. Permitted use

The site is intended for organisations and legally capable persons acting professionally. Users must provide lawful and reasonably accurate information and must not impersonate, compromise security, introduce malicious code, scrape, bulk-extract, reverse engineer, conduct unauthorised testing or infringe rights or laws.

7. Intellectual property

The site and its brand, name, logo, design, structure, methodologies, taxonomies, enquiry, text, graphics, interfaces, code, databases, reports, insights and materials belong to Zygraen or its licensors. Users receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to view the site for legitimate internal purposes.

8. Restricted exploitation

Without Zygraen's prior written permission, users may not copy, reproduce, adapt, translate, publish, redistribute, sell, sublicense, commercially exploit, create derivatives, use materials to train or evaluate artificial-intelligence models, feed automated systems, perform text/data mining or remove proprietary notices. Attribution alone is not permission.

9. Third parties

Links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn or other services are provided for convenience. Their availability, security, terms and privacy practices are independently controlled by their providers.

10. Availability and changes

Zygraen may change, suspend or withdraw features or content and may reject abusive or out-of-mandate communications. Continuous availability, absolute error-free operation and universal compatibility are not guaranteed.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zygraen is not liable for decisions based solely on public content; lost opportunity, profit, data or business; indirect or consequential loss; third-party conduct; downtime; or information submitted contrary to these Terms. Non-excludable liability and express obligations under a service contract remain unaffected.

12. Indemnity

Users are responsible for reasonable losses and claims arising from unlawful use, infringement, unauthorised disclosure or breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the federal laws of Mexico. Disputes arising solely from the site or these Terms are submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, with waiver of any other forum based on present or future domicile, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. A service contract may separately specify arbitration, governing law or another forum.

14. General and contact

Invalid provisions are adjusted or severed only as necessary; the remainder continues. Failure to enforce is not waiver. Changes operate prospectively from publication. Privacy, ownership or Terms notices may be sent to privacy@zygraen.com
