Cookie Policy
Transparency and control for necessary, analytics and advertising technologies.
Last updated: 11 August 2026.
Cookies, local storage, tags, pixels and similar technologies may store or read information on a device or transmit interaction events. This policy applies to the Zygraen website and should be read with the Privacy Notice.
Category | Purpose | Default |
|---|---|---|
Strictly necessary | Security, traffic management, language, continuity and consent records. | Active where essential. |
Preferences | Optional interface selections. | Off until consent unless essential to a requested function. |
Analytics | Google Analytics site and interaction measurement. | Off until affirmative consent. |
Advertising / measurement | LinkedIn Insight Tag campaign attribution and audience measurement. | Off until affirmative consent. |
The first-layer banner must provide equally prominent “Reject non-essential”, “Configure” and “Accept all” controls. No optional tag may fire before consent; silence, scrolling or closing is not consent; categories are not preselected. Choices may be changed at any time through the persistent footer link.
Google and LinkedIn may process identifiers and events under their own terms, including outside Mexico. A user-initiated external WhatsApp link is not a Zygraen cookie. Any later embedded social, map, video, chat or scheduling widget requires a renewed scan and classification before release.
Visitors may also use browser controls. Blocking essential technologies may affect security or continuity; rejecting optional technologies must not block core information or the enquiry.
The production site must publish a live, scanned inventory listing exact names, providers, hosts, purposes, categories, durations and first/third-party status. Changes to providers, purposes, retention or categories require review and, where material, renewed consent. Contact: privacy@zygraen.com.
